		<description>Thank you for the link to your other site.  Our oldest is 10 and we have, for some time been unschooling, though we didn't realize it (I called it eclectic though we gradually gave more and more freedom to the kids).  Now each child (10, 8, 6) is learning how he or she learns best and it is amazing to see them actually getting it.  I have been wondering what igh school would look like and your description makes a lot of sense judging from what things look like here.

Also I would like to say that though my husband and I were both public schooled we both taught ourselves at home the things we now do--he is a completely self taught professional programmer (who is making a video game on the side) and writer and I am an artist and learning to do photography.  And having the freedom to spend as much time on the computer as he wanted is what allowed my husband to teach himself.</description>
